Attitude has been around our home the last few weeks. We can't seem to make it leave. Some times it is a sassy mouth to a parent. Some times it is an name calling to a sibling. Some times it is the way we move our body while talking. Some times it's the tone in our voice when we answer some one.
All of these, I am not proud to say they have been living amongst our home and family. Mommie and Poppie have been working very hard to make them leave. Sometimes parents have to just work at it a little harder and be a little more creative to help get the point across to children. Well I have to admit this is one of those times in our home.
We have taken different measures to help change our attitudes but this go round it is just giving us a run for our money. We will not give up---We trust that things will change very soon. With Our Lord's help and determination we know we will over come the attitude.
The reason Mommie chose to blog this memory for you today is this morning Grant and Zoe you were bickering at one another about who knows what(honestly my brain is not allowing me to remember). None the less you were both bickering so I told you both to go to you room and BE with one another and find a way to get along. Well this is what I found about 45 min. after you went up................
You found Jesus............in your own way..............Playing Mass!!!
It's moments like this that I am glad to be your Mother!!!!
Thank you for teaching me to be closer to Our Lord in your own special way!
I love you both--I enjoyed seeing you both enjoy Being with each other!!

I am so proud of you both. We all make mistakes and have bad days but remembering to put Jesus first helps us change our hearts. May God be a part of your relationship forever. Thanks for sharing Jesus with all of us as well!
Well you two monkies are amazing... I guess you showed the devil he wasn't staying at your house for long...
loveyou

Wow! Beautiful! I can vividly remember my sister and I saying mass in our living room. We would smash Evangeline Maid bread to make the large Eucharist and then serve Better Cheddars as hosts to the "congregation", which mostly included our immediate family and Cassie and I recirculating in the communion line. It was really fun!
