Family Day at the Zoo

The weather was a great day for the zoo. Grant and Zoe when you found out we were going to the zoo the first thing you asked was "is Poppie coming". You both seemed to be overly excited that he would be joining us. Also the Chopin Family and the Bayard Family joined in on the perfect zoo day!
We went to Mass this morning then headed to our favorite zoo. We all met in the parking lot and had a quick picnic lunch. We received an extra blessing by seeing Aunt Mindi and Max as they were leaving the zoo. It was a nice visit with them.
Grant you really enjoyed making monkey noises with the monkeys today. You seemed be making the same sound as them.
Everyone had a great time and all 12 kids behaved very well at the zoo.
Afterwards all the families headed to the home of the Chopin's. There we were able to have the kids release more energy and have a fantastic supper. Parrin Carey cooked a delicious brisket and Mrs Cindy cooked some good pumpkin bread!!
It was a great time have good play time with friends and a great time to have adult conversation. Thank you Lord for great friends!!!!!
