Today for Nature Friday we decided to stay in side and learn about our 5 senses. Both of you had so much fun doing this. Mommie made 6 different containers with 6 different items and you had to use your senses to figure them out. After you thought you had it you drew them on a paper. Grant you were not so willing to use your sense of taste on some of them. But I have to give it to you---You did try everything.

Zoe you loved this one because you love potato salad--Grant on the other hand you were not to happy with Mommie on this test---you hate potato salad!!! But you both got it right!!!!

You both got them right except for the garlic--you both thought it was onion. Poppie would be so sad to know that you didn't know garlic! I think we are just so use to the way it smells and taste that our body is accustom to it. It is part of our EVERYDAY lives through Cajun Power. Garlic is in EVERYTHING we eat for the most part that our 4 senses were blinded by it. Thank you Lord for our eyes---that is how you knew it was garlic!
This project was fun guys. It took a good hour to do it but it was the best hour of the day. I am grateful that the babies slept well for us to spend this time together!
