Formal Tea Friday

Tea time is one of your favorite things to do! Mommie is trying to have at least one formal tea time a week. Looks like it will be Friday most weeks. Grant your Nannie gave you your very own real tea cup for your birthday. The excitement was relived when I announced tea time. Both of you yelled "Can we use the real tea cups?" As of now Zoe, you are using one of Mommie's Christmas tea cups. You feel like a "adult" (your words not mine) when I let you use my good tea cup. Grant this was your first time using your gift from Nannie. Never knew a boy would enjoy tea time this much. Just for the record--we don't really drink tea--we usually have milk, apple juice or koolaid. Both of you like to use Apple Juice because you say that it looks like tea.

Today's topic for Tea time was FAMILY. We read in our A child's book of prayer in art (thank you Chopin family) about Family. Today we learned that we need to be nice to one another and play "sweet music" with one another. When we argue or fight with one another we are playing nasty music for Our Lord. So next week Mommie will be reminding you both that we want to play sweet music so that our little ones growing up behind you will learn sweet music.

Cheers!!!!

Zoe after reading this I remembered that I packed away a teapot and 2 cups and saucers for you to have at a later time. Well I guess you will have to get it sooner than later, it will be a pleasure to know you are using and enjoying it now...
