Nature Study at It's Best

Grant today while you were waiting to go sleep over at Isaac's house--you found and caught a baby lizard. Mommie has never seen a lizard this small. You were very excited to catch it and check it out. After putting the lizard into a tube to get a hands off closer look--We noticed something amazing. The lizard started to play possum. It would close his eyes, open his mouth and lay stiff. At first Mommie panic and said Oh no we killed it--it must not have enough air--open it up and let it out. Well low and behold as soon as you opened the tube he took off. The mighty lizard catching boy that you are, did indeed catch him again. It would crack us up on how the lizard thought we were a predator and would continually to play dead. Thanks for being such a boy and willing to catch cool lizards for us to learn so much about them up close and personal! I am not sure who enjoyed it more, Zoe and Micah or me. It was a fantastic Nature Study, right in the back yard. Keep up the good work Grant!!!!!
