Last night was a long night for Mommie. Malia was up a couple more times than usual. Zoe you couldn't sleep either and ended up sleeping half the night in our bed.
Well just as I am snuggled in bed and getting some really good sleep, Poppie comes to my side of the bed to wake me up. 6:10am He says --look it's snowing. My reply was great-it's pretty! Then I snuggled back down under my covers. He then says I'm going wake up Grant---I reply, "He's not going to go back to sleep you know"-Yeah I know Poppie says, I'm not letting him miss this. So I quickly decide that I am not going to wake Zoe. I chose sleep would be better for the both of us.
BUT.................when I heard the excitement of your voice Grant as you came down the stairs I just couldn't help my self, so I leaned close to you Zoe and whispered--"Zoe,it's snowing out side" Zoe you crack me up---You flew out the bed like lightening. Zoe you were in your PJ's and all and didn't care, you were out the door to check it out. Zoe you didn't last as long as Grant. In fact Grant you played for a few hours. You were quite sad with Zoe because she was too cold to play out side with you. Most of the snow that you played with came from the trailer parked right out side of the house. That is also were you two built the snowman. The picture above of the snowman was taken around lunch time.
Also you will see above the huge snow ball that you made Grant. When you came to door with it, you were wet through and through.
What a wonderful gift!!!! Snow is Louisiana---Now the two of you want more!!!!
